At Meanrider, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You can return it within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging

• All original tags must still be attached

• The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or made-to-measure garments

• Items showing wear, damage, or alteration

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at Return@meanrider.uk with:

• Your order ID

• Full name and shipping address

• Reason for return

• Clear photos (if returning a defective or damaged item)

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

• Provide a 30% discount towards the purchase of a new item, or replace the item at no cost.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please mention this in your return request—we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange if stock is available.
